For customized products that are designed and created specifically for the customer, returns are not possible .

For products selected from the online shop , you can submit a return request that will be evaluated and possibly taken care of at our expense, by writing to infolineadaria@gmail.com

We would like to point out that we generally only accept returns on products that reach the customer damaged and/or different from those ordered.

If the product is damaged/different from the one ordered, the customer must communicate it within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the date of delivery of the order, as certified by the carrier.

Each product has a very detailed size guide that we invite you to consult before ordering, returns for wrong size are not made.

For NON-CUSTOMIZED products present on the shop it is possible to return them (within and no later than 14 days). In this case the shipping costs are paid by the customer.
