Delivery times vary from product to product, we guarantee delivery between 2 and 7 working days for products present in the shop and in 2 weeks maximum for customized products.

If you have any kind of urgency, please indicate it, if we can we will try to give priority to your order. If you need an Express delivery (24/48h max) , choose the express shipping option during check out.

In the event of the recipient's absence upon delivery, the package may be put into storage and, in addition to taking a few days to unlock it, there will also be a small additional cost.
